Sometime around March of 2004 there was a thread in the Muppet forum of the Palisades Toys Message Board asking what kind of a Kermit would we want if we could get one more variant of him. There were various responses and one person made the comment that they would like to see a "Bondage Kermit". That got me thinking. I spent some time thinking about the personalities of the Muppet characters and how those personalities would equate to BDSM personalities. (If you can't tell by the images I'm an active participant of this sub-culture.) Some people are always in control (like Piggy), other people like to be in control of particular areas of their life and not in control of other areas (like Kermit), and some others don't like to have control over their lives at all (like Beaker or Scooter). I took some pictures of First Mate Piggy and Animal 2 and edited them to see how they would look. One night I was a bit bored and tired of planning everything out and I started to cut up a PIS Piggy. The original idea was to have a Piggy and Animal and to create a spanking bench, cross, and bed. Then I wanted a dungeon to put them in and toys for them to play with and ideas for other figures and accessories came along. Please note that all of the accessories are fully functional with the exception of the suspension hoist. (I can't figure out how to make a functional pulley that small without the use of a drill press that I don't have.)
